Pantavanij wins the “Asian Management Excellence Awards 2025″ Thailand Executive of the Year in the Technology category
Mr. Wichit Srikreephuthana, Managing Director of Pantavanij Co., Ltd., received the “Executive of the Year” award, showcasing continued excellent performance, dedication to developing products that meet customer needs, and leadership in electronic procurement systems. Under his leadership, the company has become a leading platform enabling large enterprise buyers, with 60,000 user accounts across 21 countries, to connect to 35,000 suppliers from 41 countries in 31 categories. Additionally, the company facilitates an average annual procurement volume of 200 billion THB from over 3 million purchase orders, reflecting Mr. Wichit’s vision of creating the largest procurement ecosystem in Thailand.
Pantavanij is committed to solving inefficiencies in traditional procurement methods by transitioning from offline processes to an effective e-procurement system. This includes converting 23 years of accumulated procurement data into digital formats and utilizing advanced AI tailored to the sector.

Despite these successes, the procurement environment still faces challenges. On top of adapting to the rapid technological changes, regulatory pressures and heightened standards for supplier recruitment add to the need for more transparency and ethical practices.
In response, Mr. Wichit has launched “Supplier360 – Supplier Due Diligence”, to evaluate and onboard only suppliers meeting international standards. Pantavanij has established a centralized vendor evaluation repository to increase buyers’ confidence to work with verified suppliers, as well as mitigating risk, allowing certified suppliers to become preferred partners, thereby increasing opportunities for growing their business.
The prestigious Asian Management Excellence Awards ceremony was held at the Conrad Bangkok on February 6, 2025, and was created in 2015 to honor business leaders and successful companies in over 14 countries in Southeast Asia and the Middle East for their outstanding performance in various areas.
